Kelsey is a weight loss dietitian for moms, practicing for nearly 10 years. After having her baby, she managed to lose weight within a few months without extreme plans or restrictions, while maintaining her skin, hair, and energy levels. Having cracked the code to balancing mom life with a healthy lifestyle, Kelsey is passionate about sharing her top strategies with other moms, empowering them to feel amazing too. She believes that while mom life can be exhausting, it doesn't have to define every day.
