Season 1: Mistakes I see with supplements

You know I love supplements.

But you also MUST know that I don’t like using supplements without reason.

This is because there is no nutrient in the body that works in isolation. Everything is connected so you want to make sure you really need that supplement before taking it.

To help, I recorded a podcast about the top mistakes I see with supplements and give some insight into how supplementing blindly can lead to issues. I review Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Iron, Zinc and “Hormone” supplements.
