The Easiest Way to Get More Energy: Mineral Mock-tails

I’m not kidding when I say that this is the easiest way to get more energy. Minerals are used in over 3000 processes in the body and many are on every cell. Two minerals that are on every cell that are often out of balance is sodium and potassium.

So many clients I see have these minerals out of balance because we are told to eat low carb (sooo avoiding foods high in potassium like fruit and potatoes) and avoiding salt at all cost. The body also uses more minerals when we are stressed so we can create a perfect environment for mineral depletion and lowwwwww energy when we eat low calorie and exercise all the time on top of life itself!

It’s also very common for my clients to be really burned out so I like to give reallllly simple recipes that clients won’t made making every single day. Sometimes twice a day! Start with one to make sure you can tolerate it and then work up to two if you’re dealing with adrenal dysfunction.

Orange Juice +

Literally just OJ with a pinch of sea salt 🙂

Orange Juice Boost

6-8 ounces of orange juice 

Pinch of sea salt

½-1 scoop of collagen protein powder

Be sure to stir QUICK when you put the powder in so it doesn’t clump!

Orange Juice + AC

4-8 ounces of OJ

1 scoop of Adrenal Mock-tail mix from Jigsaw health

Rayvi Lime 

8 ounces of water

1 scoop of Rayvi Turmeric powder 

Ice

Stir!

Rayvi Summer Mix

2 cups of chopped watermelon blended

1 scoop of Rayvi Hibiscus mix

1 lime for Juice

SHAKEN! Not stirred :)
