The Best Overnight Oat Recipe

Overnight Oat Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of milk (can use alternative like coconut milk unsweetened)
½ cup of plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of steel cut oats or old fashioned oats (I think the old fashioned get to soggy, but to each their own!)
½ tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
**Can add fruit of choice immediately or top when ready to eat
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix gently
Cover bowl with plastic wrap so it is airtight OR put into mason jars with lid
Place in fridge at night and it’s ready to serve in the morning!
I recommend eating within 3-5 days of making. You can also double the recipe for batch cooking or if multiple people will be enjoying your creation!
