Spinach didn’t just get famous because of Pop-eye. It really is the unsung hero for our hormone health. It may not be your favorite salad (and if it is that’s even better!), but having it chopped and cooked into meals is an easy way to “sneak” in more veggies. I also recommend adding sea salt while cooking to enhance flavor and blend well with whatever dish you’re making. Be sure to really chop it up well so you don’t get strings of spinach and it’s more incorporated!
