Thanksgiving season isn’t complete without FRIENDS

As much as I am ready to get out the Christmas tree and hang the lights [and if I am honest I have already watched The Holiday twice], I also want to be better about being present in the moment or what I have recently heard called as “be where your feet are”.

So to embrace the Thanksgiving season I am decorating this week with dried oranges, pumpkins and some greenery. When I do something like that I like to have festive music or movies in the background. I don’t think Hallmark makes Thanksgiving movies [Thank gawd] so the next best thing- or arguably the best thing for Thanksgiving cheer - is all the FRIENDS Thanksgiving episodes! They are by far the top episodes of each season, and I wish they had a DVD of just the Thanksgiving episodes. Yes, a DVD because old school things are coming back in style so we might as well get ahead of the curve. Plus, we all hate the amount of subscription services we have to have so again… might as well go back to DVDs.

And My personal favorites… I can’t decide between the 2 if I am honest…

Season 8 Ep 9 “The One With the Rumor”

Season 6 Thanksgiving episode has been my favorite Thanksgiving episode for years, but I have recently found the episode with Brad Pitt also one of the best. Simply because this is when Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt were still married so I loved that they pulled a funny twist of Brad hating Rachel from high school.

Season 6 Ep 9 “The One Where Ross Got High”

ANY episode that reveals a lot of secrets of the characters is HILARIOUS. This happens in this episode, it happens back in season 1 when Rachel and Monica go on a date with 2 ER doctors which was also great season ER was a top series at the time. It was great to have them guest start. The other episode I can think of that does this is when Monica tells Chandler about Ross incident on Space Mountain. They start revealing all sorts of secrets while Monica was making Tacos for dinner.

Could I be anymore in the Thanksgiving mood?
