Why I love minerals (one of many blogs about it)

When I give out samples of my beloved mineral drink, I am not trying to get you to sign your life to an MLM.

And if you have made a good income off of a MLM… that is amazing! That’s just not my jam ;) Minerals are something I think everyone can benefit from! So, let’s dive into the top reasons why I recommend minerals to all of my clients and to anybody that will try them.

By the way, the mineral powders I recommend are different than liquid IV and other electrolyte powders, which I will get into another blog post.

#1: Minerals are vital for life. The body uses minerals on every single cell in the body. It is often described as the “sparks” to your metabolism, the “sparks” to your gut health and the “sparks” for your hormones. It is what ignites pretty much all processes in the body. If you are low minerals, you will have symptoms. Period. Including period symptoms. Pun intended.

#2: Minerals are low hanging fruit meaning it something that you can easily add into your life and you will see a huge return on your investment. Do mineral cocktails fix everything? No, but they can give you more energy, less constipation, and better sleep after just a few weeks. You have deeper issues, or more complicated issues, then you want to do mineral testing to see what mineral specifically you need to focus.

#3: I think minerals could’ve change my life in my 20s. I had no idea how dehydrated I was, and it wasn’t just because I was dancing outside in the heat. It was because I was afraid of salt and carbs, which are both sources of VITAL minerals (sodium and potassium). I think that’s true for a lot of people even if they aren’t athletes. We have encouraged people to avoid salt and potassium rich foods for years that it absolutely has created mineral deficiencies. I see it all the time on mineral tests. It is so common for women to be depleted in both and mineral powders can help reverse this deficiency.

Other benefits: better digestion, less heartburn, no afternoon crash, supports weight loss and helps clear skin. So really I have about a million reasons why I love mineral powders, and I hope at least one has convinced you to give it a try. My current mineral mocktail recipe is below!

My current Mineral Mocktail Recipe:

1 scoop of Berry Cure Hydration

! scoop of Collagen Protein Powder

Big glass of water

Stir IMMEDIATELY. (So the protein doesn’t clump)

I was adding selenium into my drink last month to prep for Iodine, but that is a protocol that needs to be monitored with blood labs! More on iodine and thyroid health soon :)
