Getting nutrition advice from social media is exhausting…
I think one of the most exhausting things is trying to get your nutrition advice from Google, Instagram or TikTok. The advice is always changing, it’s always conflicting and never seems to be a good fit for you (you can feel it in your gut that it’s not what you’re looking for).
Which I know can sound odd from someone who advertises her business on Instagram, but I try to make it very clear with each post that my programs are designed for YOU and YOUR body. It’s not a one size fits all by any means.
I cannot stress enough how important that is. When you have an individualized plan for your nutrition you feel less stress, you’re not confused on what is right for you and you feel like your time & money are well spent (because you see results).
I don’t know why nutrition is an area that so many people feel like they must figure out on their own. We all have so many nuances to our health that it would be quite impossible to create a specific strategy by piecing things together from graphics you found on the internet.
People also feel the need to justify spending money on a nutrition plan when nutrition is foundational to health and your health is foundational to everything you do. You do save money on the front end when you try to make a plan on your own, but at what cost?
And I know not every season allows for bigger investments. I've been there when my barre studio closed in 2020. I completely understand timing can be everything, and not everyone has the ability to spend hundreds, or even thousands, to spend on anything.
But, if you are someone that feels like you have tried everything (literally everything you have learned from google), please know this:
1) I think it’s amazing that you have tried anything to improve your health. That alone deserves an applause.
2) You deserve to feel a million times better. It’s time to invest in your health.
I’m talking to the person who has tried soooo many weight loss programs and has gained the weight back. I’m talking to the person who has tried every elimination diet, and they still bloat after meals. I’m talking to the woman who has tried to clear her skin, but goes back on birth control because nothing works. I’m talking to the couple that has spent so much money on supplements but has no idea if any of them are working (yes, I coach couples!)
I know I keep saying “designed for you”. I’ve used that phrase multiple times in this, but I’m really trying to make a point. My point is that this plan is way different than anything you have experienced because you are uniquely you. There is no plan on the Internet that is made for you so this will feel fresh, new and GOOD.
Remember, it’s not normal to feel, tired, bloated and struggling so much to lose weight especially after trying so many healthy programs. Being able to find that real solution for you is what gets me up every day. I love bringing you clarity, excitement and a path to move forward towards your goals.
