Food isn’t always the problem. It’s often the trigger.
Many foods labeled as “gut health” could actually be making your symptoms worse.
Or in other words… The gut is complex! It’s never black and white even though I really wish it was. The good news is that if you do put the time and money to heal your gut, it will pay off BIG time.
I mean the gut is where we get most of our nutrients and that’s literally how the body runs.
