How I saved my client hundreds of dollars..

If you open up your cabinet and have more than 10 supplements that may or may not have been an impulse purchase from a tik tok video… it’s time to do a supplement audit!

Supplements can be fantastic. They can be a great part of your health plan, but if they are the wrong kind for YOUR body... It can actually do more harm than good. And cost you a lotttt of money.

I recently heard on a podcast that “everything we put in our body has to be processed and that includes supplements” This really hit me hard because while we think we’re doing something good, we could actually be creating more work for our body!

So when it comes to supplements I am cautious.. Especially with these:

  • Zinc

  • Vitamin D

  • Iron

  • Calcium

Even the most popular supplements on the market (hello, vitamin D) can do things like interfere with your thyroid hormone.

That is why I cannot stress enough to test instead of guess. I love having a clearer picture of what your body needs instead of adding another supplement to the cabinet hoping it keeps you functioning.

This is how I saved my client HUNDREDS of dollars. She was spending SO much money on supplements each month that she didn’t need.

That means your dollars will be well spent on

  • Healing your metabolism

  • Supporting your thyroid

  • Promoting weight loss

  • Help balance your hormones

  • Support your digestion

And with the money you save you can spend it on…
